A community fitness class geared for all levels, incorporating yoga, Pilates, and functional movement patterns in a gentle, all inclusive design. Chelsea Acree, movement specialist, will lead the class through a series of exercises to move and warm the body, which will leave you feeling longer, taller and connected. 
Wear comfortable clothes and make sure to bring a mat/towel!
